Terms of Service

Terms and conditions governing the use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Atelier Studio for interior design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all design consultations, project agreements, and related services provided by our studio.

2. Design Services

Our design services include but are not limited to: initial consultations, concept development, space planning, material selection, procurement coordination, and project management. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your individual project proposal and design agreement.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the design fee is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement. Product procurement costs are billed separately and are due upon order placement.

4. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, renderings, and specifications created by Atelier Studio remain our intellectual property until the project is paid in full. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specific project. Designs may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the design agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of cancellation, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered and products ordered up to the date of termination. The initial deposit is non-refundable after the first design presentation.
